We want you to be happy with Ribbonwash Pro.

14-day refund. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number or the email you used to buy, and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How refunds work. Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.

After a refund. Your license key is deactivated and Pro features in the editor are locked again. Code you already exported keeps working, but you may not use it in new projects after a refund.

After 14 days. Because Ribbonwash Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, we don't normally offer refunds after 14 days. If something is broken and we can't fix it, contact us anyway — we'll make it right.

Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
